I Ordered from Tolexo Online Shopping Unique Bearing Puller Forged Steel Universal, 3 Legs, U406, Size: 6 Inch on 3rd January 2015. It was committed that order will be dispatched within 15 days. When i have called the customer care on 22nd Jan 2015 which is much after 15Days. they cancelled the ordered and committed that refund will be done with in 24 Hrs to 48 Hrs. When i called the customer care today 24th Jan 2015. They are not confirmed that when it will be transferred to my account.

I want refund of money along with the faith of customer with i lost and loss of income from the customer.
