Honb’le Court I Pathak, a student of Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College Pune, am writing to you to register a complaint regarding dissatisfied approval of requests. I had activated a roaming a pack on Tata DoCoMo mobile around 16th November or someday after from the said date. It is after two months that i have tried to get a special recharge of Rs 299 done which offers customers a talk time of Rs 200 and data pack of 1.5 3G. But according to the customer service care this pack had to be deactivated first and then the recharge was supposed to be done. For deactivation i had to either recharge a Rs 7 pack or dial *141*11# from my mobile network. But none of the above were being helpful. Mr Devi Rajpurohit, an authorized dealer helped me in solving the problem but still could not solve the problem. On calling the customer care they refused for deactivation by saying that they cannot do it and i had to go to the gallery and then get it done. i even went to the gallery and got it done but still recharge on my phone could not be possible. I have been going around to service centers all over pune and even tried to file a complaint on the main website but the site to shows me error whenever i try to file a complaint. I therefore request you to look into the matter.
I have not been able to carry out my work and have wasted a lot of money on transport in going around places finding for solution. Not being able to submit my internet related work and projects on time and even the wastage of money has also led into mental tension.As you may understand being a outstation student how difficult it becomes when no recharge can be done into your mobile.
Relief demanded by me: 1. immediate recharge on my mobile number and removal of the system which does not allow recharge being done on the mobile due to activation of some pack. 2.to compensate all the transport cost that cost me in going around places.
