We have Purchased AMC Contract for Aquagard Water purifier for 3 years on 26-10-2013(AMC No 811204,Invoice 135591), Includes Replacement of Candle and activated carbon once every year and servicing of the purifier once every 3 month. We have paid rupees 2500/- for the same. Company sent their representative only once after their signing of the contract. Now every time we call their call center representative tells that the service engineer will visit in one or 2 days, but do not turn-up at all. most of the time their call center telephone number does not give any reply. We have not received any service in spite of paying for, for more than one year. Now, I have seen on internet blogs that company do not give service after taking AMC money
