HTC Desire Mobile – No Customer Service

That on 13th November 2012 (date of purchase), the complainant purchased one HTC desire V t328w Mobile phone, S/N. No FA29VPG00759 manufactured by HTC from the show room of Cariano Next, Kamla Nagar, vide Invoice No.555.(TIN :07430278383). That the Screen of Mobile Phone displayed abnormally and the matter was reported to the shop As per his advice the defective mobile phone was handed over in their Service Centre , on 19th March 2013. That the mobile phone was returned back after rectification.

That the Mobile phone was put to use. After running hardly for few weeks, the ear phone started to malfunction. That the Complainant reported the matter to service center on 3rd April 2013. The defective part was handed over to their Service Centre on 3rd April 2013 and this kind of problem faced many times and reported on 3rd May, 2013 and 13th June 2013 and 12 August 2013. That the mobile showed many problems so it was submitted again on 11th Nov 2013. There was inordinate delay in rectifying the defect by service centre few months ago . They took almost one month to repair it. After that it was again submitted many times for repair. I had visited more than 10times to service center but they were not able to make it work for more than one months. After the warranty period the phone again started to trouble. I requested them to extend the warranty as they had kept the phone for more than one month for repair. Then I submitted my phone after warranty and paid the cost. They repaired it but after few months, it again started to trouble. Now after spending time and money this phone is not working.

That the HTC had supplied defective good and they have to make good the losses suffered by the complainant. I have few more documents to support this complaint. But There is no such option to attach more files. I have spent almost more than Rs.22000/
