I wish to inform you that my name is sandeep kumar, wz 709,a1 naraina village. I brought a new phone (intex aqua star -5.0)imei no-9114038 50937578, 91140385 0987573 on 19/11/2014 in rs. 7500.
From the initial date ,it is showing a network problem. i can’t attend my incoming and outgoing calls. Earlier i thought it to be a sim network problem, so i changed my sim with diffrent service providers (like -vodafone ,reliance,idea,aircel),but my problem remained the same.
I informed the intex service center executives and went 5 times but the problem didn,t solved 1 time -4dec2014 2 time -7dec2014 3 time -8jan2015 jobsheet no.501087027029t001 4 time -19jan2015 jobsheet no.501197027024t001 5 time -29jan2015 jobsheet no.501297027177t001 on 29 jan they assured me that they will replace the phone .on 2feb2015 they gave me an other phone but they gave me a used old phone( imei no-9114038514716662) .when i asked the manager about the solution on this problem “why they gave me an old phone”manager-intex okhla center told me that we don,t give new phone but replace it by other used and old phone. I even warned them that this is not fair and i will go to consumer court but she told me that “we dont care where you wise to go ,you can go ” then i didn’t receive the phone and left it over there only,on the same day i got a text msg that my phone will be repaired (jobsheet no 502027027125t001) soon,i even mailed them (intex care 2 times but i got no fair response . since 2 feb till date i have not recived my phone .so i kindly request you to take some strict action against them.either give me a new seal pack handset with new warranty period or refund my money back. i hope you will take some serious action against them as soon as possible yours truly sandeep kumar kalshan
