A request has been made by me for upgradation of set-top box from SD to Hd, on dated 19/02/2015, which was closed deliberately (remarking customer is not contactable), then I requested again for the same on dated 23\02\2015, which was also closed wrongly stating set-top box having AV cable not available. When I asked for my request Senior Superior told me, if I still want HD set-top box then a new request will be lodged because all previous complaints have been closed. Each and every time I was given 24-48 hrs maximum time for resolution but nobody contacted me since 12 days and I had followed up personally approx 15-20 times to customer care as well as local distributor.
Now I want my expenses of Rs 1000/- as mentioned above and Rs 5000/- for mental disturbance, because of painful followup and bad service. My set-top box must be installed free of cost worth 600/-
