I have complaint many times bsnl regarding landline is not working and about bad broadband service but bsnl closed my complaint by itself without any resolution my landline is not working from about 80 days i have paid thee bills witout using landline service which is approx rs 2000 no one hearing to me many times i have sent mails to senior officers of Bsnl in punjab and in delhi head office kindly look into the matter. I have paid three bills without using landline service which is approx rs 2000 from last three bills.

My landline and broadband service work properly and action taken on responsible person including senior officer who is lazy about their work.
