Dear Sirs This is to inform you that I, Kshitiz Agarawal, a Platinum Member of MakeMyTrip.com, have booked a trip from Mumbai to Bangkok in the name of Mr. Nirav Gupta under Booking Reference ID IN1504B0S052232 on April 7, 2015. The travel date is May 01, 2015 and name of Tour Manager is: PADAM THAKUR. I was informed that the e-ticket will be delivered 5 days prior to the departure date but now when only 3 days have been left for the departure, I have received the e-ticket at about 8:00 pm today although I made entire payment at the time of payment. That no one from your office has contacted me for coordination for my trip but it was me who contacted your office time and again to coordinate my trip. I have called more than 60 times to makemytrip.com and sent my complaint via e-mail to Padam Thakur but no one has bothered to contact me or reply to my e-mail, least attend or solve my complaint. I am wondering that if you are treating me being a Platinum Member with such inferior services, how would you be treating your normal members. What is the point being a Platinum Member if you are going to treat me like this. This like treatment is not acceptable to me. You are treating me as if you are offering services for free and obliging me. Further while Booking I was assured that my seats will be booked in Jet Airways but now I have been surprised to know that my seats have been booked in Bangkok Airlines. It was committed to me by Mr. Ankit Kaushik in one of his email that I will get the tickets of my choice, i.e., “AS YOU LIKE IT” and the tickets generated were for visa purpose and now you have sent the same tickets which are certainly not acceptable. I am totally disappointed with the quality of services being offered by you and feeling CHEATED. It is me who took the entire pain to organize the trip, co-ordinate with your office and now you have cheated me by going back on your commitment. Kindly schedule my bookings from Bangkok Airlines to Jet Airways as committed, copy of the booking confirmation attached herewith, else I may file a case of cheating, harassment and mental agony and faced by me along with the damages in the consumer court. i need my complete refund as i totally dis satisfied they done cheating with me on 22 april they issued me a service vouchers with jetairways flight but before my departure 3 days left they changed my flight without my notice and not even talking and no response from them till today 29-04-2015 original vouchers submitted with this email
