Non redressal of issue since 10 days

I have sent below said communication to the
concerned customer careID on 11-oct and received a revert on same day with call ID 26950577 & was told to wait for 6 working days, but till day no resolution is provided, I have called call centre on several occasions, and also sent reminders on mail but all in vain.. the details of my complaints are-

Policy Number – 06533982

I have acquired the said policy under cashback scheme 3 years back. As per policy terms i am entitled to get the first cash back amount on 27 oct 2010.

Pls confirm the mode by which I would get the cash back amount. I prefer the ECS mode through which the EMI gets deducted from my ICICI bank account & would request to credit the amt directly to my icici account.

Also, my address has been changed, so please update your records..
