Vodafone – Wrong 3G bill generation

My vodafone number is 9051424xxx. Vodafone billed me an amount of Rs. 3099 saying that my internet usage is 1.5 GB where as my limit is 1 GB. But, they sent me an SMS on 14th of April which is the billing date that I still have 201 MB left from my limit of 1 GB. I have mailed them with the issue and they asked for the screenshot of the SMS. From the day I have sent the screenshot for the past 1 week I have not received any reply from them. The service number of the mail complain is 1198707xxx. They have intentionally generated a wrong bill with more internet usage and now that I have sent the screenshot of the SMS there is no reply from them. Please find the attached screenshot of the SMS. Please look into the matter seriously.

I want Vodafone to waive off the extra amount from the bill.
