I have returned products in June-2013, since then the money is lying in their wallet and now converted to some Ycoins: 30225 which is India Rupees is Rs. 6045/-. I have requested several times for refund of my money through number of Phone calls and emails. Now I have been sending emails I just get automated reply form their end, no consumer support response. Now I have been trying calling all the consumer numbers those were posted on their webpage are all discontinued. There no way I find I could get in contact with them for my refund. All in vain. It is more of mental harassment where my valuable money lying there. Looks like they want me to forcibly buy products from their e-commerce. Which now after this experience not at all interested to purchase any thing from their portal.

Its more than Rs. 6045/- the number of phone calls I made to their STD number, which was not toll free many number of minutes spent not accounted of. The minimum interest of Rs. 6045/- since June 2013 till date.
