VolksWagen – Dealer damaged car not responding

I own a polo brand VolksWagen Car bearing registration no. MH02BR0648. I have been giving the car for servicing, repairs and maintenance at the above VW service center and nowhere else. The said center was closed for more than 4-5 months for change management and I was directed to other service center at Kurla. In February 2015 I gave my car for repairs under cover of insurance. There was brushing of a vehicle on front left bumper and a bang on rear right bumper. The repair work done. In April 2015 again similar accident took place but instead of bang from rear it was brushing by the following car. The car was given to the above service center(now started working)for repairs under insurance cover. After approval, when the rear bumper was removed for painting, they found the rear back panel was damaged on right side and the right black block called absorber was missing. The above center put blame on Kurla Center because this impact was obvious of the bang took place last accident. The Kurla Center refused the allegation. They are throwing blames on each other and the VW is silent listener / spectator in spite of me writing to them online and by email. I am filing separate complain against the Kurla Service Center by name Autobhan as there is no provision to include them in this complaint.

The cost of repairs should be borne either by the above center or the Kurla Center or infact by VolksWagen being the parent company of its two service centers. We neither know the service centers directly nor individually. We recognize the service center as the VOLKSWAGEN AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER and hence they cannot shirk their vicarious liability / responsibility.
