Hi, i am sure I am not the first one to complaint about HTC phone handsets. I brought two phones last year. Since second month both the phones are behaving badly. Cant use them as dual sim handset beside have feature of dual sim. First I went to store where i brought it from. They referred me to HTC service centre. I went there they asked me to submit phone without providing spare phone. So finally when issues went overhead with one set I submitted phone to HTC. They took 15 odd days to give that set back that too without resolving issue. Now i submitted the same phone and its been complete month but the phone is not with me. Warranty of other phone expired during the same time. Even they didnt update with status till the time I emailed them to tell me the status.

I already offered them upgrade for the model as there are hell lot of people facing similar issue with model I have (HTC desire 700)
