Respect Consumer Authority, Subject: Tanishq Gold Scheme My Name is vinod Kumar Jhadav residing in Hyderabad Flat No 207 gerbera block Bhanu Township. The issue here is that we joined a Gold scheme and it was discontinued by Tanishq after a period of 4 months and later on I found this when I had visited Tanishq post my 12 months of tenure in the scheme. The sales guy told me that we have discontinued the scheme and they had communicated this through Media | SMS to customers .I don’t remember any SMS that was sent neither they published in media. On the same occasion, I asked them to refund the money that I had paid and they took my address and told me that a cheque will be delivered to my home. Which I am still waiting for and there was no courtesy call till date , so I happen to visit the Tanishq again on 16th May 2015 and this time they took my Account number stating that they will transfer through RTGS by Monday 18th May 2015. No response till I called them; when I had informed that I am complaining in consumer court they told me that I can go ahead. Request the authorities to look into this matter, money is secondary here, whereas Tanishq is least bothered of any action against them.

I would need my money with prevailing interest rates for my deposits and 2 lacs Physical and mental harassment and 10 lacs for Defamation. The response from Tanishq sales had asked me to go ahead with complaint thinking that I wouldn’t file in consumer court.
