I had requested for partial withdrawal on 5 Feb 2015 for my mother policy number 451240600 which was rejected by company, stating an unethical reason for which i further readdressed my complaint to customer grievance where they accepted their fault and agree to pay me the partial withdrawal leaving 1 ATP in my policy for which they had taken a written consent duly signed by policy holder but yet i have not received full partial withdrawal till today though maximum time limit for processing my request was only 7 days.
I want my full partial withdrawal and then i do not want to continue my policy with such kind of company where they always make fake statements & interest on total amount + penalty for delaying my payment.
