Sir on my joining as director of an engineering institute took a airtel prepaid mobile from local dealer at pilod, Surajgarh, Dist JHUNJHUNU,Bikaner Area, Raj.

I filled form, attached my Driving licence for address and adentity and also attached PAN card. given local address proof issued by registrar on Institute Letter head.

during verification the dibared the mobile for incoming and out going

i again submitted my ECHS photo i card issued by min of defense for residence proof as the date of driving licence was over and all other doccument.

Now a month has passed but no action and even no response by any airtel office.

i have to by force use my delhi mobile for month and restrict my calls

i have talk three times to call centre at Bikaner but they are not at all proactive to get my job done , and also not bother for others inconvenience and financial loss as well as any other losses.

unfortunately i had put sufficient money but is stuck with airtel peoples high headedness.

so i request you to get my money back or connection restore or direct me for consumer action in this case.
