Ladies sandal buy on 24.05.2015 got defected after only two hours of use on 25.05.2015 without any water disposed on the sandals as instructed by the shopkeeper. Shopkeeper supported at the time of purchased that sandal is durable if water not disposed off on it. Shopkeeper refuses to exchange the sandal on 26.05.2015. Kindly look into the matter to replace the defected sandal.

Economic damage as sandal are not exchanged. Also mental harassment given by the shopkeeper when we go to the shop.

The defected sandal will be replaced along with penalty to the shopkeeper so that he will never sell the defected products to the customers.
