I had Ordered Bookmyoffer.com a power bank of Xiaomi company from above mentioned website that cost me Rs 580 when it was delivered to me by the given website ,I checked my order and I found that it was in broken seal as well broken case pack and even when I check it was not even working properly when I try to contact the above given website to get it replaced by genuine one ,they didn’t give any reply even they are not answering phone as I lost my lot of amount on this and on my phone calls ,I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible.

I just want a GENUINE product to be replaced.
