This is in reference you my recent experience with Skoda Extended warranty Program. I had purchased the extended warranty the same day I purchased the car on 29/06/2011. I have attached stamped acknowledgement that i had received as part of extended warranty booklet. This was purchased from Jai Auto, MG road, Gurgaon which is a subsidiary of Giriraj Motor, Gurgaon. Recently I visited to Marikkar Engineer, Kochi to get my car serviced and there was a need to use this extended warranty. To my surprise this service centre informed me that I don’t have any extended warranty on my car. I spoke to your customer service and they confirmed. I spoke to customer service number and they connected me to Mr. Rahul at Giriraj Auto who promised to help and asked me to share extended warranty form and copy of RC for my car on whatsapp which I instantly shared with him. He promised to get back as soon as possible as I was waiting to get my services billed. I never heard back from him. Since I had already wasted 2.5 hrs in settling the bill, I paid the entire amount and left your service station. I called Skoda customer service to register a formal complaint. All this was experienced on 23rd May, 2015. Skoda customer service took the complaint promising and sent me an email on 25 May acknowledging the same. This raises a very serious concerns wherein a dealership made me pay for the warranty but never submitted the same to their insurance partner. This is a Fraud.

1. Want my extended warranty money refunded with Interest for 4 years or a new extended warranty be offered to me free of cost starting immediately. 2. Want the money that I paid to service center that was to be covered under warranty be refunded. 3. Want the damage of 10k for going thru all the hassles of sending email, complaining on different forums etc 4. Want an investigation and control put in place by Skoda insurance to ensure all customers who have purchased warranty get the same. This is like an insurance
