This complaint is in regards to my fully automatic front loading Electrolux washing machine wherein i registered a complaint on 7-06-2015,since 7 iam doing followup with their team as my machine is not working,but not getting any resolution everyday further TAT is given,even the customer service executives are rude and not ready to help when ask for supervisors never calls are transferred as they never are ready to talk to customers always A SM no is shared who never pickup the calls,team please help

We are working couple economically it was very hard to buy this equipment that was a necessity now please get it fixed
