On 4th Jun I have ordered Goldstar Running Shoes with shopclues have paid Rs.216 by net banking for the same.On 16th jun I have received the packet but I was surprised because shopclues have .Delivered completely different product than the ordered one, I have ordered Running shoes they sent Sleepers. I contacted immediately they told me to file online replace request, after filing return request 1546889, they sent email to me saying that they would like to inform that they are unable to accept your return request as they have sent the same product ordered by you.

I have ordered Running shoes cost was Rs200 but they sent me some cheap chappal, the dilemma is they are not accepting that they have sent wrong product. they have mentally harassed me. attached snaps of invoices and the packet which have been delivered. Same product should be delivered and they should provide compensation for the mental harassment,painful experience and for insulting me. so that they will afraid of doing such time of profit making business ill practices
