M/s Teledata services ,525, 2nd floor, 8th main, Vijaynagar, Bangalore based on a quote provided for intercom and EPABX installation in our apartment has collected Rs.80,000 on 04/05/2015. It has been 45 days since the advance has been taken and the work has not been done. There has been various follow ups from residents and committee members on owner’s mobile number 9844077854 belonging to Mr. D S Raghunath. The owner has been committing dates for the last 45 days and is not turning up for service. This has caused inconvenience to the residents, financial loss, cost of following up and also ill health.

Rs 80,000 of advance loss, inconvenience to residents of the apartment and mental agony to the committee members who are relentlessly following up. Rs. 80, 0000 to be refunded and a penalty for inconvenience and mental agony. The service provider is a cheat and should be booked for cheating customers as well.
