I bought lenovo a 5000 from gift house family shop kodungallur invoice number 20422 dating 14 may 2015.from September 15 I got problems with my phone like WiFi and Bluetooth not switching on or either off .so I went to the shop where I bought phone they asked me to submit phone and bill with them they will go for service centre.and I submit my phone to them on 30 th September.today they call me up and told phone is ready when I went shop and check the phone repair not yet done.they told me that they don’t why service person not checked the phone.why this type of behaviour from such a reputed company..we trust ur brand name so try to keep the name up….I am.
