SBI Bank Staff MisBehavior No Action Manager

Sir,i niladri dutta sbi bank ac no.- 113309995544, branch – karimpur ifsc code- sbin00003735. Nadia,pin- 741152 Last 3 yrs every month i draw a self cheque from ur bank, some time i withdrawl it or deposit my a/c , i have don’t face any problem till last month . But this month on 09/09/15 when i submit the cheque on counter no 1. Mr sajal banik (bank staff) not clear this Self cheque and told me front side two signature by cheque authority is ok but back side signature is one of them. So i replied him deposit this cheque in my a/c by deposit slip or atm card , bcoz this counter is green chanel. He badly replied u dont stand my counter and put the cheque in drop box. I already spent 45min. on this counter.When i stand another counter, Mr. Sajal Banik strictly said to this counter staff u don’t clear this cheque.but this staff show the cheque and replied the cheque is ok u cash it. Just 2 min. I cash this cheque. I launch a complaint against Mr.Sajal Banik on toll free no on 09/09/15 complain no. is. CS373520268047. No result Another complain launch on same reason on 11/09/15 ,CS373520314343 . I have a question , can i knw why always customers face harassment from Bank staff? We LOVED OUR SBI BRANCH SO WE expect good behave from our Bank.
