Sir, I am a Senior Citizen, aged about 76 years of old dependent upon the money of the interest for living, Being influenced by the agent of Bajaj Capital Kolkata office, I have invested to your company namely JAYPEE INFRATECH LIMITED, Regd. & Corporate Office: Sector- 128, Noida-201 304 (U.P.) India, the sum of money of Rs. 40,000/- for better returns. However, things never worked out as expected, as till date I did not get in any delayed interest nor principal money i.e., the maturity amount till date. I have already sent the above Fixed Deposit receipt in original duly signed by me through speed post vied no.EW776386067IN on dt 23.04.2015, and the same received by company Registrar namely LINK INTIMEINDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, Bhandup(w) Mumbai-400 078,on dated 25.04.2015. From the date of maturity, I, have prayed severally, in written, over telephone as well as E-mails before the company at its Noida office, mentioning my hardship ground to meet up bill for medical treatment, but never received any response from their end, However being a old aged Senior Citizen women facing hardship to continue my medical treatment due to scarcity of money. Though my hard earned money hold by default company so long after the maturity date without paying delayed interest nor principal money but in the same time India government already collect the tax against the above FDR In order of the above fact, I do here by pay to the honor look in to the matter sympathetically and arrange to pay me, my due debts as immediately as possible and obliged.
