Dear Sir I purchased Lenovo A6000 on line roughly 9 months ago which was delivered at my Residence. For the last six months I am using NET on it and whenever I connect NET it starts hanging continuously and sometimes whenever someone call me it does not appear on screen that irritates me too much. Sometimes I become mad to the extent to break it. I lodged a complaint through your mobile software but till date I did not find any response. May I send it back to you or what should I do?
