I had ordered a germ kill kit for my water filter from Pureit on 27/02/2016 order no RFS/11885093. They promptly sent a technician to replace it the next day but while changing it he dropped the filter and broke it. After this he just changed the kit and told everything is fine took Rs 500/- and left. After this I found water was leaking and logged a complaint C167386766 on 01/03/2016. Next day the technician came back saw and told me he will replace the broken part within 2 days but since then I have been following up multiple times but till now they have not replaced it and are even not receiving my call. The product is just 6 months old.

I want them to replace the broken part or replace the filter. For the last 8 days they are saying they will do it within the next day so I would be highly grateful if this is actually fixed or replaced by the next 1 or 2 days. Also they should pay me my money back as instead of providing a quality service they created more problem for me
