Idea Customer Care – Recharge Done without Consent

This is a serious issue which, I am raising as my complaint regarding a fraud done by one of the customer care executive. On 06/08/2016 around 1.00 AM, I was in a conversation with customer care regarding an issue which was about getting low data pack on recharge of Rs 207, which was mentioned in offer as 2GB 3G data for 28 days but received only 650 MB for 21 days. While conversation with that customer care executive for around 25 mins, I realized that, I have received a message of recharge of Rs 8 of 45 MB 2G Data for 1 day as successful. This recharge was not at all done by me. For query, I again called customer care. I was informed that my earlier data pack of 650 MB 3G data has lapsed and this new recharge is done. If you will think logically, nobody would do such kind of recharge to lapse earlier one. Its not at all believable that anyone will recharge Rs 8 to lapse recharge of Rs 207. It was purely done by a motive of bullying the consumer. Even when I tried to complain regarding this issue first of all, they were not ready take that as a complaint. They said, “it was done by you and we cannot take that as complaint”. After a long argument, they sent me a feedback number SR 1-76274105105, which is not yet resolved and now they say that they don’t have any such kind of service request no. in their directory. This is a complete case of fraud done by customer care department of IDEA cellular.

I want an apology from IDEA cellular with the full compensation of economical damage done to me
