Hello Sir, I would like to inform you that I got Jio SIM on 27th August 2016 (70113 23239). It was activated on 30th August 2016 but sorry to inform you that I’m getting 2G speed (Around 3 MBPS maximum). Moreover, voice quality is not good and only one bar is appearing in my phone. Other users of Jio are facing same problem in our area. I’ll be thankful if you please look into this and resolve the issues.

Most of time I got to listen that this number is busy when I am using Jio sim but if I tried with my alternate no. I m connected. Please help me out from this.even I m getting the 2 g speed of net. 20 or 30 kB/s
