On 13th of July, i have order Multi Gym Abe Blaster. I got some other product namely Master Blaster without my consent. When I talked to their helpline, i got a reply that if I want to return the product, i have to send the product to HBN Thane office and I will get only 7999/; instead of Rs.11120/; which I have paid. When they send me wrong product, why should I courier it to them and my money is hard earned . So, for their mistake why should i loose some 2000/; plus amount. It is their duty to get the product from my house and refund my full money.

I want my full money back. they have cheated me by sending wrong product which cost is 6999.00 for which I have paid 11120. Loss of almost Rs. 4000/- and mental tension to me.
