I bought a Jio SIM No 70148 14317. I received message for verification. Then I tried for 1977 verification but number is not reachable and not working. Fix the issue soon.

I bought the sim on 26 august and its got network 3 September. I got 20-25 message on my another number that your jio number is 7020****** and is ready for tele verification. I call on 1977 number 100-200 times everyday but it never got connected to verification number and it even didn’t get connected to jio complaint number. Please give me some solutions.

my jio no 7008528790.is not active i give all my necessary document to reliance digital .but my sim is not active
