I got a Reliance Jio SIM from Reliance Mart Situated on Badarpur Border on 19/09/2016,I submitted Aadhar Card,Bar Code and Thumb Impression as an local Ballabgarh (Faridabad) identity proof. He said that it will take 2 hours to activate the sim. But now I have been waiting for more than 24 hours and still i don’t see any sign of activation.I haven’t even got even message from them. I have also tried to reach the customer care many times but that is of no use. I went to the store many times but they don’t have any clue where my form is, They simply say It must be in data pending. I tried to call the customer but it not connected. I bought my JIO Sim on 29-AUG-2016. Last 4 days onwards, I have received a message regarding to activate your JIO Sim need to do the tele verification for that. So call 1977 toll free number to activate your JIO Sim. But there is a zero signal level in my Mobile then how I will do the tele verification. Now I am staying in Chennai.
