I went to Viviana Mall, Thane on 28th November at around 6- 30 pm,and met a person at JIO counter at Reliance Digital shop. It was the 3rd time I was meeting the same person.

First time when I met him, he said I should show a 4G smart phone , the 2nd time he refused to give the Sim card as I had no App downloaded on my phone. And the 3rd time, the reason for refusal was I had no net connection on the new phone I had with me.

Every time I went there, he was trying to find some reason or other for not giving me a Sim card.

He was in no mood to entertain a customer . He was enjoying with his own phone all alone.

The old Reliance communication was infamous for bad service and overcharging bills. People are very sceptical about the elder brother ‘s venture too.
