Karbonn Quattro L55 – Consumer Experience Review

On 17th February 2017 i purchased/received “Karbonn Quattro L55 HD 16GB Blue With Free VR Box” Order ID: 183580 61853 Ticket ID 40204659 with display issue “Small dot on the Display screen”. I called snapdeal customer support on 19 February 2017 and explained about the issue and i asked for the replacement, based on the complaint their local engineer came and confirmed that the mobile having issue “Small dot on the Display screen” and he provided the invoice and asked me to return this product.

I waited more than 2 weeks but there is no proper response from them, after 2 weeks i called snapdeal and told that i am not satisfied with your support and i asked for the refund, based on the discussion they agreed and confirmed that they will refund my full amount in another 24 hours. But whenever i am trying to contacting them about my refund they simply saying i will get refund with in another 24 or 48 hours. But on (3 march 2017 saturday) i received email from snapdeal saying that their quality check verified and not found any issues and they will re-sending back that mobile to my address by mentioning that snapdeal will not responsible if you not receiving the mobile. After seeing this email I was really tensed and called again the snapdeal customer support and i discussed about this email, they adviced me to refuse to accept the mobile box from the courier person and the snapdeal will refund the full money with in 48 hours.

On 6th march 2017 the courier person called me to provide the new mobile but i refused to accept the box based on the customer support advice. After 2 days i called the snapdeal customer support for the update of the refund but they simply saying that they will not refund the amount also the device .. Note: I have all the proofs (voice recorded with the customer care, video evidence of the issue mobile and invoice from the local engineer)
