was purchased some items for Rs 1401/= from Reliance Trends, MG Road, EKM, KERALA at 01/12/2011 and payment was paid through my Federal bank Debit Card. But while checking my bank statement I have noticed that it has been withdrawn two times from my account. I have contact Reliance Trends to find about it and they informed that it happens every time to their customers and this is because of my debit card. They guaranteed this excess amount of Rs 1401 withdrawn from my account will be deposit back within seven working days.

But still I have a doubt about their deed, as if you check the statement attached, first withdrawal is by Reliance Trend and the second withdrawal by Reliance Trend Private, two different account, I hope so. If customers miss to check his bank account they will gain it. Is this their intention? Hence I request you to consider this as my written complaint to make a detailed enquiry about this.

Till this time (06/01/2011) 4.30 pm not refund my amount esfrom Reliance.
