Its been over 2 weeks i applied for land-line connection. I have the demand note and have done all the formalities of submitting the documents and amount. I have been calling & running to noonmati bsnl, Assam branch since past week, but i am not getting any proper response. Following are the answers which I get from the staff’s.

1. Go and meet SDO at his office (So i went there)
2. At SDO office, the person will tell that the concerned person is absent (So i wait for another 2 days).
3. After meeting the person he will say that the line-man is not there (so again wait for him).
4. After meeting the guy who does the installation, he tells that the wire has been cut so he cant do the connection for next 4-5 days.

So, basically what should someone so in such circumstances?
