This is to inform that we puchased one LCD of videcon company on dated 06/11/2011 from M/S Jayanti Sales Shop no.G-9, Jayanti Market M.I Road Jaipur, On the time of domestraion that product is ok but they sale me the wrong product because they on the time of domestrion they show the right product but delivered in box was wrong product not match with the model name as metion below

so that some function is not working in my LCD I said to dealer so many times and visit so many times but they not support to me, and they demanding more money for this, that is wrong i feel that and told them but they refuse my request. I request to u pls do something to solve this matter as soon possible.
