I have purchased prepaid SIM with booster pack of Rs.225/- + Rs.25/- for SIM + 30 days validity recharge of Rs.99/- + Rs.55/- top-up.on 30.1.2012. Lost Samsung mobile worth Rs.7000/- with above SIM (contact No.3340699173). On request for dup. SIM at Vetri Theatre Complex, Chromepet, Chennai-44 Airtel Sercvice Centre, they were not at all taken any interest on issue of Duplicate SIM. Instead, given irresponsible replies. Asked me to wait for 30 to 45 days time as the SIM purchased only a weeks back. They informed me that it will take time to verify my ID as it cannot be updated now. Not accepted my xerox copy of Valid Driving Licence. Staff are with carelessness, irresponsibility, not even having courtesy to respond or give reply. Their aim was to kick off from their office. Very poor response. Today (6/2/2012) morning they kept me idle sitting for 10 minutes. There were only one customer dealing with one person. Rest of them not shown any response. Therefore, I opted to go in the evening. In the evening there was irresponsible reply as quoted above.
