I purchased a A91 smartphone on 29th March 2013. Within 2 months i had a problem in sensor by which i could not view / disconnect the call on the phone screen. On 11th June 2013 i went to SLR-Cell Tech, Egmore, Chennai and they said that i need to hand over my phone with battery. Till now they could not able to fix the problem and they say that spare has to come from Micromax. Does this take such a long time? My job sheet no is: S020146-0613-4043594
