It had already problematic so I returned it to you via Lakshya Tech solution Ltd on 14.02.2014 ticket id 0123DL7288. I have talked with your executive person Mr. Pradeep over phone No.01832708514 on 27.02.2014. Mr. Pradeep said for waiting one week more.
