TICKET DETAILS of bus booked using Abhibus Service: Kesineni Tours & Travels(VOLVO-B9R MULTI AXLE-SEMISLEEPER) Service # VL167 Journey: BANGALORE to HYDERABAD Date: 31-01-2014 Ticket name- Sandeep Amount: 1748 Number of Passenger: 2 AbhiBus Booking ID: C8DE64 Operator PNR: C8DE64 This bus was cancelled by the operator and after making repeated calls to AbhiBus, i was asked to send my id proof and ticket to initiate my refund process. I have sent the requested documents on 3rd Feb 2014 and till date there is no response(42 days). I have called there customer service for more than 15 times but they only tell that they will get back in 3 hours but they never do.

i demand them my refund amount and compensation for my huge phone calls and travel inconveniences.
