i am Raghbir singh,,,today i called on Airtel customer care helpline 198 ,,,my number is 9878869008, i really dont remember that boy name , actually i was wishing to get some knowledge about some service ,may be i was trying to follow wrong procedure to activate that service , but that boy was behaving too rude to me, ,,after that i called again on that helpline . that time i talk with Mr. Vivek & he transfer my call to supervisor Mr.Sahil . but dont get any help,,im too frustrate now of all this . reply me soon otherwise we will meet soon at court. bye
