i was using airtel post paid connection no – 7387864999, due to family functions i made more calls and i got a bill of 5000 Rs. i gave one post dated cheque of the same amount and i asked the representative that there is a possibility that the check may not cash as i dont use this account anymore i just changed my bank, i told him to give me call if that happens and i will pay the bill by cash the very next day, instead they never called me, and today my few friends and my mom called me saying that one lady called from airtel from the number +919665099685 called and was abusing that if we cannot aford then why to buy and all, her language was very unprofessional. the lady from airtel was telling my family and friends that i told her to call them and ask for bill payment, now unless and untill this call wont stop i am not going to give any money to airtel and if i get any more such calls, then i am going to involve police in this matter.

i dont know the name of the lady who was abusing..but the calls were from the number +919665099685.

please look into this matter as i really love the services and offers that airtel provides, dont loose customers because of such unprofessional employees
