Bought a new ONIDA LCD TV(Model:LCO39FTP) from Ezone(above address) However, did not receive a TV Remote, Wall Mount screws, User Manual, Warranty Card, AV and Power Cable. Spoke with the above retailer. They seem to provide a story which I cannot believe. They say that ONIDA(Manufacturer) has not shipped the above accessories. However, I did some search on the Internet and also spoke to a Supervisor from the ONIDA Customer support. They clearly mentioned that they have no such update from ONIDA that Customers are not being shipped with the accessories. So, this clearly looks like an eye wash from the Retailer.
