Phone’s Display got white. The phone was/is on warranty period. We got the display repaired from Authorized Service Center. We had provided all the necessary docs which they had demanded for the money refund. However, now they are not responding properly through phone or eMail conversation.

We had spent Rs 4290 for the display repair. The Kolkata Service center could not repair the phone. So I had to take it to Bengaluru. So receiving and sending through courier we had spend another rs 600. Physically they have been harassing us over phone for a month by not replying properly.

We want a full compensation of Rs 6000.
