I purchased laptop from Acer.Error starts coming on 10th day of purchase, i filed a complaint and an engineer came to my home. He refreshed laptop and said it’s ok.Then he called to his senior at Ghaziabad service center, he told me that you have o pay 800Rs.I have warranty,1yr accidental and 2 year extended. but he refused. THen i mailed to acer regarding this, no reply till 10 days.called several times customer care but no response.
I am student currently i am in 4th year of engineering and i have to go for placements. Since i checked my email late because my laptop is not working, i wasn’t able to go for placement to Chennai. THe total cost around 5000 Rs and my precious above 1 month time, i wasted in calling acer.
