I was using act Internet broadband connection . My Internet stopped working on 01-07-2013,so I have called customer care to resolve my issue on 02-07-2013 .But I didn’t get any prober response .i have sent the mail also .but my issue was not resolved .Since no response from customer care and no Internet connectivity from 01-07-2013., I have requested to terminate my connection .
had already paid all my due upto 30-06-2013 same I have the receipt . I would expect apology letter from act broadband for sending the wrong bill .
