I am customer of Airtel. I activated my sim fro 23/02/2010.

on 21st of march 2010 i got an message “that i will be charged Rs.30 as my caller tune is activated. I never raised any request regarding caller tune.
on 24th 30 Rs. got deducted from my balance.
i complained to them 3 times .later some one told that” It was activated from ” it was activated by customers side”,and they r not going to refund a single amount. If i had been activated the service ,they why should i request for refund.but they are not accepting there mistake..
