Sir, I was despite my Registration with Do not disturb service constantly being harassed by Idea schemes As recently as today i came to know that certain amount is being deducted from my prepaid card ,,

As I called Customer care , I came to know that my Net connect facility is activated & I remember receiving call on that behalf for which I bluntly said “NO” to this service & despite that they activated it.

Despite my registration to stop the service today ,, CC said that it would be done by 13th .

This is the kind of harassment that these companies constantly resort to
& people have no where to go as going to court for this is not realistic
and thus they carry with this harassment …

Kindly take some action

Today as i again used the DND service on IDEA website ,, there seems to be a glitch as to how to enter Date of Birth …
