i am having a BSNL mobile no 8986696116. Once sampark network service has automatically activated on my mobile. i requested customer care to deactivate it. i got the docket no J31JH1105060 on 31st october, but till date i have not got the confirmation for the deactivation. rather some love services have been activated and Rs. 15/- been charged for that. when i called customer care they told that it has been activated from my side. when i asked to deactivate it they are not complying for that. the customer care is very unsupportive and harsh they told me to send a message “UNSUB LOVE” and to send it on 59595. i did the same. Rs. 2 has been charged for that and i have received a picture message related to love and Rs.3 extra been charged. i dont know what to do. kindly help me out. i dont want any VAS activated on my no except DND.
